We believe that it is every individual's right to take ownership of their financial future through fairly-compensated work. The USD $100 billion data generation industry offers just the opportunity to create this impact! Currently, most dataset generation work goes to urban communities or are outsourced to Kenya or the Philippines. In both cases - workers are often exploited; offered sub-minimum wages and are often overworked. Median hourly wages are estimated at $0.1-0.5 per hour, while datasets sell for over 200x this price.

We collect the requirements from our clients, break down the requirements into bite-sized digital tasks, identify the best-suited workers, collect the data, validate the data and synthesize these into high-quality AI/ML training datasets. Throughout our project lifecycle, we strive to be as ethical as possible, learn more about our commitments to our workers with the Ethical Data Pledge.
